WHITEHALL, N.Y. – Two men face felony charges after a month-long investigation into the assault of a juvenile and reported cases of underage youths being provided alcohol and marijuana at a Main Street residence.
On Saturday, police concluded the investigation and arrested 20-year-old Zachary R. Macy and 21-year-old David H. Wilcox, both residents of the Main Street home.

Macy was charged with a felony count of assault in the second degree, as well as a misdemeanor count of endangering the welfare of a child.
Wilcox was charged two felony counts, including one for assault in the second degree and one for intimidating a witness in the third degree. He was also charged with misdemeanor counts of unlawfully dealing with a child in the second degree and endangering the welfare of a child.
Macy and Wilcox were arraigned in Whitehall Village Court and remanded to the Washington County Correctional Facility in lieu of $50,000 cash or $100,000 bond.
