Albany man arrested for criminal use and possession of a weapon

ALBANY, N.Y. -- A 39-year-old Albany man was arrested by
police for handgun possession following an incident on Livingston Avenue on
At around 10:20 p.m., officers responded to the 400 block of
Livingston Avenue for a report of shots fired. When they arrived, officers
stopped Kristopher Clark, 39, of Albany, who matched the description of the

that Clark had fired several shots into the air. The handgun was found by
officers inside a nearby vehicle, and no injuries were reported during the

He was arraigned this morning in the Albany City Criminal
Court and remanded to the Albany County Jail.
