CATSKILL, N.Y. – Three men have been arrested by Catskill Police after a narcotic investigation led to the discovery of cocaine, crack cocaine, and a large amount of money.
Robert Ortiz, 33, Sean Gonzalez, 21, and Terrence Jackson, 29, all of Catskill, were arrested on Tuesday after a search warrant was executed at 418 Main Street in the Village of Catskill. The search yielded 46.73 grams of cocaine and crack cocaine, and $3,314 in U.S. currency.
Gonzalez and Ortiz were charged with Criminal Possession of a Control Substance in the 3rd-degree with Intent to Sell, and again in the 3rd-degree for having more than one-half once, both felonies.
Jackson faces charges of Criminal Possession of a Control Substance in the 7th-degree and Criminal Facilitation in the 4th-degree, both misdemeanors.
All three were arraigned in the Catskill Village Justice Court. Ortiz was remanded to the Greene County Jail on no bail, Gonzalez on $50,000 cash or $100,000 bond, and Jackson on $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond.
