CLIFTON PARK, N.Y. – A 22-year-old man was arrested by State Police after neighbors reported that he threatened them with a knife when they attempted to calm an argument between him and his mother.
When State Troopers responded to the report, Joseph F. Dominguez-Carle, of Clifton Park, was located in the woods near his residence. Police say he resisted being arrested before being taken into custody.
Dominguez-Carle was charged with one count of Menacing in the Second Degree and one count of Resisting Arrest, both misdemeanors. He was arraigned in the Town of Halfmoon Justice Court and remanded to the Saratoga County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 bond.
