Two Middleburgh men face narcotics charges in Princetown

PRINCETOWN, N.Y. – Two Middleburgh men face multiple charges after police found them both to be in possession of heroin following a traffic stop on I-88.
State Police arrested 27-year-old Dustin M. Bennett, who was also found with an illegal dagger-style knife. He was charged with Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Criminal Possession of a Weapon.
Police also charged 27-year-old Scott T. Kossow with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Hypodermic Instrument and Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia.
They were both released and scheduled to appear in at 7 p.m. on July 17 in Princetown Town Court.
