Whitehall man charged with rape


HAMPTON, N.Y. – A Whitehall man was arrested by State Police Monday following an investigation into a reported rape.

A 22-year-old woman told police that Coralampio-Javier Hernandez-Aguilar, 25, forced her to have sex with him at the Hampton Motel on State Route 4. After investigating the accusations, police arrested him for Rape in the 1st degree.

The woman told police that she was acquainted with Hernandez-Aguilar and was not physically injured during the incident. 

He was arraigned before the Town of Hampton Court and ordered to return on a later date.

Hernandez-Aguilar was sent to the Washington County Jail for lack of $100,000 cash bail or $200,000 bond.
