QUEENSBURY, N.Y. -- A judge threw the book at a Warren County man who admitted to raping a 1-year-old boy.
Michael Hagaman was sentenced to 100 years to life in prison Tuesday morning. He admitted to sexually assaulting the child with another man in his Queensbury home last year.
Prosecutors say the pair repeatedly abused the boy during a three week period last May.
According to court records, Hagaman was on parole at the time for the abuse of another child. That conviction was from 2004.
