Schenectady PD: Missing woman found alive


SCHENECTADY, N.Y. – Schenectady Police say 33-year-old Danielle L. LeClair, who was last seen leaving her home on Upper Nott Street late Sunday night, has been found alive.  

According to authorities, she was found near the intersection of Belmont Avenue and Lexington Avenue. She had been taken to Ellis Hospital as a precautionary measure and there is no foul play suspected at this time.

Friends told the NEWS CENTER she was last seen sometime between 10 p.m. Sunday and midnight and left her home with nothing but the clothes on her back. She was last seen wearing a black tank top and jean capris. LeClair is described as a white female, approximately 5'06'', weighing 120 pounds, with brown hair, green eyes. She was last seen heading east on Nott Street towards Niskayuna.

Friends say she has been using a cane due to a back injury, and the cane was left at her house, along with her keys, wallet, car, and phone.
