Queensbury man arrested for DWI after crashing car into a guardrail

QUEENSBURY, N.Y. – The Warren County Sheriff's Office has arrested 24-year-old Robert K. Taylor for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, after officers found Taylor's vehicle stuck under a guardrail with heavy front end damage.

At approximately 6 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to the intersection of West Mountain Road and Luzerne Road in Queensbury for a report of a property damage automobile accident. After a brief investigation, officers determined that Taylor was driving the vehicle after having consumed alcohol earlier that night. Talyor's blood alcohol content was later determined to be .21 percent.

He was released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to appear in Queensbury Town Court on a later date.
