JOHNSTOWN, N.Y. –The lawyer for the operators of the Sno
Kone Joe ice cream truck accused of stalking and harassing a rival driver
confirms the couple now has a permit for Johnstown despite Gloversville not

Gloversville Police say 34-year-old Joshua Malatino and his girlfriend 21-year-old Amanda Scott, both of Gloversville, were allegedly stalking and harassing rival ice cream truck, Mr. Ding-A-Ling.
Police arrested the pair for Harassment 2nd-degree and Stalking 4th-degree following an investigation into a complaint filed by the owner of the Mr. Ding-A-Ling ice cream truck.
Gloversville officials chose not to renew their permit when it expired in early May. The couple will back in Court on Monday, June 3rd for the pending case.
