STILLWATER, N.Y. – A 21-year-old man was arrested after he hosted a hay field party that damaged private land.
Stillwater Police say Daniel A. Glogowski, 21, of Stillwater hosted a party in a hay field with 200 to 300 people in attendance. Many partygoers were under the age of 21, but were served alcohol.
The hay field was private property that did not belong to Glogowski, and it sustained over $5200.00 in damages from vehicle traffic, a large bon-fire and a large amount of broken beer bottles that were strewn all over.
Glogowski is charged with one count of felony Criminal Mischief in the second-degree and four counts of Unlawfully Dealing with a Child following an incident which occurred in the Town of Stillwater on Saturday May 18, 2013.
Police began their investigation after being contacted by the owner of the hay field.
