ALBANY, N.Y. - New York Crime Stoppers says they are unveiling a billboard Wednesday on I-90 advertising a cash reward of up to $2,500 for information directly leading to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for the death of Edward "Mitt" Croley, found deceased March 24, 1991 in Albany.
New York State Crime Stoppers says they have partnered with the New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation to post the information regarding this case on digital billboards on I-90.
It will begin running on Wednesday. They will run for 24 hours on this billboard and run again as openings become available.
