Utica man faces felony charges after driving despite 26 suspensions

ROTTERDAM, N.Y. – A Utica man is facing a felony charge after he was found to be driving despite having 26 active suspensions throughout the state.

State Police arrested Zachary R. Jordan, 20, of Utica on Monday after a traffic stop for tinted windows lead to the discovery of the suspensions from a number of different New York State jurisdictions.

Jordan is charged with felony Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the first-degree. He was arraigned in the Town of Rotterdam Court where he was remanded to the Schenectady County Jail in lieu of $15,000 Bond or $7,500 Bail.
