Walmart employee accused of prostitution at Queensbury store


QUEENSBURY, N.Y. - State Police say they have arrested a Walmart employee for prostitution which allegedly took place in the Queensbury store.

Police say an investigation revealed that 22-year-old Foster Bills of Stony Creek was soliciting sexual encounters with males in the store, located on Quaker Road, while he worked the over-night shift.

Walmart management contacted State Police on April 23rd after they received an anonymous complaint of a male performing sexual acts in a secluded location within that establishment. Bills was then arrested at Walmart after he accepted cash for sex from an undercover State Police Investigator.

He has been charged with Prostitution, a misdemeanor, and was issued an appearance ticket for Queensbury town court.

NEWS CENTER has reached out to Walmart's corporate communications who have not responded for comment.
