SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. – A Skidmore College student is under arrest after police say he exposed himself and urinated on the side walk outside the Saratoga Springs Police Department.

At 3:41a.m., officers were returning to the station with a DWI arrest when they observed Amir Rivera-Lieberman, 19, in front of the police department exposing himself and then urinating on the side walk.

Officers arrested Rivera-Lieberman, processed him, and then turned him over to Skidmore Security. He faces charges of Exposure of a Person, a violation.

He will appear in city court on Sunday.
