ALBANY, N.Y. - Two Albany teenagers have been indicted for the rape of a 14-year-old girl and for forcing a 17-year-old girl to perform a sex act last month, the NEWS CENTER has learned.
Sources close to the investigation say 16-year-old Tazeek Hohnson and a 15-year-old, too young to be named, restrained and raped the 14-year-old female in a Broad Street building. The crime against the 17-year-old allegedly happened on Catherine Street.
They have been charged with two counts of first-degree Rape and a third-degree Criminal Sex Act. The two are being prosecuted as juvenile offenders, which could mean less time behind bars, if convicted.
