HALFMOON, N.Y. - State police say a car collided with a Trooper vehicle on the Northway early Saturday morning when the State Trooper pulled over to investigate an accident near the Twin Bridges.

Police say 19-year-old Logan Wollaber, of Clifton Park, was driving southbound on the Northway around 7 a.m. and was allegedly on her cell phone when she lost control of her vehicle and spun. Wollaber's car crossed over two lanes of traffic and crashed into the Trooper's car.

The State Police Trooper had previously pulled over in the right lane and exited her vehicle to investigate an accident that had occurred on the southbound lanes, just north of the Twin Bridges.

No injuries were reported.

Wollaber was ticketed with cell phone usage, improper lane usage and speed not reasonable and prudent.
