SCOTIA, N.Y. -- People came out to Jumpin' Jacks Thursday in large groups with friends and family, waiting in line for hours just to get their first taste of the hoppin' burger joint on its first day of the season.
As patrons waited patiently, in the kitchen it was a fast pace scene -- flipping burgers, frying onion rings, and making sure everything kept flowing to keep up with their loyal Jumpin' Jacks followers.
"Well, the weather doesn't tell us, but this is a great right of spring, something we have to do every year," said Larry Jones of Glenville.
