NJ woman arrested in forgery, theft of Saratoga Springs company

SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. – A New Jersey woman is under arrest after Saratoga Springs Police say she forged documents from a local company and stole over $10,000.

Dianna S. Washington, 38, of Orange, N.J. is charged with Falsifying Business Records in the 1st-Degree and Forgery in the 3rd-Degree.

Washington was arrested on a warrant from June 2012 that alleges she forged documents from a Saratoga Springs Company and stole in excess of $10,000.

Washington was processed, arraigned and

remanded to the Saratoga County Jail pending a bail hearing.
