ALBANY, N.Y. -- The state's budget is going down to the wire and some lawmakers aren't happy about it.
Governor Cuomo and the legislature hoped the budget would be finalized by March 21st, but policy issues bogged down talks pushing things back.
The senate met in a rare Sunday session this weekend, but the Assembly postponed its Sunday session to Thursday.
Some lawmakers are upset that the Assembly isn't meeting until the end of the week.
