LIVINGSTON, N.Y. - New York State Police and the Columbia-Greene Child
Advocacy Center have arrested a Livingston man after the reported sexual abuse of
an 8-year-old child in 2008.
The investigation began on March 7th, resulting in the arrest of 58-year-old Kenneth Shea, of Livingston, by the State
Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation.
Shea
was charged with Sex Abuse 1st Degree, a Class D felony. He was
arraigned in the Town of Stockport Court and sent to the Columbia County
Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail.
