North Greenbush town board to vote on new police chief

NORTH GREENBUSH, N.Y. --The North Greenbush town board is set to consider the appointment of Robert Durivage as their new police chief at their regular board meeting Thursday.

Durivage, a member of the police force since 1989, moved up ranks from patrol officer to sergeant in 1995 and was promoted to captain in 2004.

He currently serves as acting police chief following the retirement of Rocco Fragomeni in February.
