TROY, N.Y. -- The Troy ballot fraud saga comes to a close Thursday as charges were dropped against former City Council President Clem Campana and current Councilman Gary Galuski.
The two were charged with falsifying business records in a scheme to change absentee ballots in the 2009 Working Families' party primary.
Four other democratic officials took plea deals in the controversy, and trials ended in acquittal for two others.
