BALLSTON SPA, N.Y. – A Clifton Park woman faces arraignment Monday in Saratoga County Court on charges of manslaughter for a November crash that killed another driver.
The Saratoga County Sheriff's Office says 39-year-old Traci Briskin, of Clifton Park Center Road, struck a vehicle driven by 49-year-old Thomas Baker at the intersection of Route 67 and Jockey Street in the town of Charlton on Nov. 30, 2012.
Baker was transported to Albany Medical Center with injuries after the accident and succumbed to those injuries on Dec.23, 2012.
Briskin faces charges of felony Manslaughter 2nd-degree, two counts of felony Vehicular Manslaughter 2nd-degree, two counts of Driving While Intoxicated. The four counts of Vehicular Manslaughter and DWI come from different sections of the law.
