Michael C. O'MalleyEAST GREENBUSH, N.Y. – East Greenbush Police have arrested a 59-year-old man
suspected of grabbing the buttocks of a 29-year-old female shopper at Wal-Mart on Tuesday.
Michael C. O'Malley, 59, of 9th Street in Troy, has been charged with
Forcible Touching and is due in East Greenbush Town Court on March 21 at 5:30
pm.
O'Malley fled the scene following the incident, but it was captured on video
surveillance and police received tips on his identity after photos were
released to the media.
