ALBANY, N.Y. -- There are
a lot of tired people out there with some sore legs Thursday because they
climbed the tallest building in Albany this evening -- by the stairs.
This was the 25th Annual
Stair Climb event for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation of Northeastern New York.
Participants climbed the
Corning Tower -- all 42 floors, 809 steps -- to raise money and awareness for
cystic fibrosis.
Some folks climbed the
whole thing themselves, others did relay -- climbing thirteen floors before
passing the baton.
