Health fair held in Latham

LATHAM, N.Y. – The PEF Region 8 Women's Program's 5^th Annual Health Fair will be held in Latham Saturday.

This year's theme will be "Taking Control of our Health." The event is free, and will feature workshops on healthy living, chiropractic care, cancer care, information from the American Heart Association, and zumba instruction.

The event will be held from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the New York State United Teachers headquarters at 800 Troy-Schenectady Rd. in Latham.
