Results of Saratoga High senior’s autopsy ‘inconclusive’

Posted: Updated:

SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. -- The results of an autopsy on a Saratoga Springs high school senior who died while on a cruise have proved "inconclusive."

That's according to the office of New York City's Chief Medical Examiner, in the case of 18-year old Seth Younes.

Officials will now rely on further tests to help determine what caused the teen's death. Those results are expected to be released in the next three to four weeks.

In a statement Wednesday, Carnival acknowledged Younes died while on their cruise ship "Miracle." The ship then docked in New York City.
