WILTON, NY - On Thursday, the State Police in Wilton conducted an enforcement operation targeting the sale of alcohol to minors. Undercover operatives who were less than 21 attempted to purchase alcoholic beverages at various establishments throughout Saratoga County. The New York State Liquor Authority and Town of Waterford Police Department assisted with the enforcement detail. Thirty five establishments were checked, including convenience, grocery and liquor stores.
State Police Captain John W. McCarthy Jr., Troop G, Zone Two Commander, reiterated the State Police commitment to curb the sale of alcohol to minors. "We are committed to using our personnel and resources to prevent underage drinking. We will continue to combat traffic-related and other tragedies that may result from underage consumption of alcohol. Our goal is 100% compliance with state law regarding sale of alcohol to minors."

JUSTINE A. BLEAU - Waterford, NY
Establishment – MOBIL – 83 Broad St., Waterford, NY
Ms. Bleau was arrested for Unlawfully Dealing with a Child in the 1st Degree and was scheduled a court appearance at a later date.
