COLONIE, N.Y. - The Colonie Police Department has arrested a former maintenance employee of the Best Western Hotel for allegedly robbing the hotel.
Police have arrested 37-year-old David Taylor, of Schenectady, in connection to the robbery of the Wolf Road hotel on February 12th. Taylor was arrested and located three days later in Schenectady.
The same hotel was also robbed on January 31st, and police are still investigating whether or not Taylor is connected to that incident as well. Further charges in these cases are possible for
Taylor and his accomplices, police say.
Taylor has been charged with Robbery 2nd, a felony, and was remanded to Albany County Correctional Facility.
