WHITEHALL, N.Y. – A 35-year-old man has been arrested after he engaged in sexual contact with an individual less than 13-years old.
Whitehall police, assisted by Washington County Child Protective Services, initiated an investigation into Thomas Langlois, of Williams Street, Whitehall in a possible Criminal Sex Act case that is alleged to have occurred at a village residence.
According to police, Langlois engaged in oral sexual contact with a person less than 13 years of age.
He has been charged with a felony Criminal Sex Act in the 1st-Degree.
Langlois was arraigned in Whitehall Court and remanded to the Washington County Correctional Facility without bail.
