SARATOGA
SPRINGS, N.Y. – A Middle Grove man was arrested after an early morning fight
with a woman in a Saratoga Springs parking lot.
When
Saratoga Springs officers responded to a fight in the library parking lot they
were informed that a male subject, later identified as Mark A. Roberts of
Kilmer Road, Middle Grove, was one of the participants in the fight.
According
to police, he had pulled a knife out and threatened a female who was also involved.
Roberts
was arrested and charged with Menacing 2nd-Degree and Criminal
Possession of a Weapon 4th-Degree.
He
was transported to the police department where he was processed and celled
pending a court arraignment.
There
were no injuries reported as a result of the incident.
