Cops: Man committed criminal sex act at Chatham auto business

WATERVLIET, N.Y. - New York State Police say a businessman from Watervliet has been charged with felony third-degree Criminal Sex Act.

Police say 55-year-old Mark Lecuyer was charged after a lenghty investigation revealed that he allegedly engaged in sexual conduct at the Railroad Ave. Auto Sales and Service in the Village of Chatham, without the adult female victim's consent.

He has been remanded to the Columbia County Jail in lieu of $15,000 bail.
