District Attorney David Soares says 64-year-old Richard Ragone, of Colonie, pleaded guilty to one count of first-degree Sexual Abuse on Wednesday morning.

While on duty in November, Ragone is accused of touching the breast of the resident while she was sleeping.

Ragone remains in custody and will be sentenced to four years in State Prison in addition to ten years of post-release supervision on March 13th.
