GLENS FALLS, N.Y. – A local man arrested by police Friday night faces additional charges after he kicked out a police-car window while in the vehicle.
Michael P. Gleason, 28, of Warren Street, Glens Falls, was arrested Friday after Glens Falls Police responded to a call about a disturbance at Peter's Pub on Maple Street.
When officers arrived, they found Gleason had been arguing with a woman and broken glass.
According to police, he fought against them and once he was arrested and in the back seat of a police car, he kicked and broke a window.
He was charged with Criminal Mischief, Resisting Arrest, Obstructing Governmental Administration and Non-Criminal Disorderly Conduct.
