State police investigating fatal farm tractor accident

GERMANTOWN, N.Y. - The New York State Police in Livingston are investigating a fatal farm tractor accident on Friday at 9:11 p.m. in the Town of Germantown.

The 23-year old male tractor operator was in the process of plowing his driveway when he went off the edge of the road way, rolling the tractor down a 15 foot embankment. The operator was transported to Columbia Memorial Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
