ALBANY, N.Y. -- Albany County court officials say several jurors were sat today in the trial of Yaqoob Chauhan.
Chauhan is accused of holding his wife captive for hours in 2012, sexually assaulting her while the pair's children were home.
According to police, Chauhan, who moved to the Albany from Pakistan, skipped town and headed to Maryland where he was picked up two weeks later by U.S. Marshalls in Baltimore.
