ALBANY, N.Y. - A Albany man admitted fatally shooting another man as he
drove through a city intersection.
The Albany District Attorney's office says Jallah Drake, 21, pleaded guilty
Friday to Manslaughter in the 1st-Degree in a plea bargain that
calls for him to be sentenced to 15 years in prison for causing the death of
Richard Gibbs on Nov. 29, 2011
Investigators say the killing of Robert Gibbs, 25, a convicted drug dealer,
stemmed from disputes between two city gangs.
