
LENOX, N.Y. -- A Lenox man will spend four to six years in prison after he drove drunk, struck a tree and killed his passenger.
Philip Baruch, 19, pled guilty this week to vehicular homicide while under the influence of alcohol in the death of 17-year old Remy Kirshner.
The accident happened on Dec.30, 2011 in the Town of Lee when Baruch's car left the road and hit a tree on Greylock Street.
