SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. --
A Saratoga Springs man is becoming pretty familiar to the city police after he
was arrested five times in just one week.
Saratoga Springs police
tell NEWS10 they first arrested James Flacke, 53, of Railroad Place Saratoga
Springs, on January 15 after he allegedly got into a fight at someone's house.
The next day, Flacke was
charged with trespassing and resisting arrest, trespassing outside a judge's
office, threatening that judge, also leaving threatening messages for police
officers.
A few days later, officers
arrested Flacke for breaking into someone's home. They say all five arrests are tied to an
ongoing domestic dispute.
