TROY, N.Y. -- A water main
break has closed a portion of a Troy street Monday afternoon.
According to city officials,
the break occurred sometime in the morning along Delaware Avenue at its intersection
with Mill Street, and near Burden Pond.
The main has been shut
down and there are no service interruptions at this time, but Delaware has been
closed until further notice, between Thompson and Mill streets.
Crews will begin repair
work Tuesday, no word on an official cause.
