ALBANY, N.Y. -- First it was the chicken wing cupcake, now Coccadotts Cake Shop is expanding their menu for this year's super bowl.
The bakery has brought back the chicken wing cupcake since it went viral last year and was talked about all over the country. And this year they've added a beer cupcake, chili cupcake and other unique options to their menu.
The owner hopes they concoctions are a touchdown.
"It all comes down to getting in the kitchen and mixing a little bit of this and a little bit of that and come up with something that not only looks good but tastes good too and you're gonna have your naysayers who say who's gonna eat that - but it's a savory cupcake - it's not meant to be sweet, it's dinner in a cupcake," said Rachel Dott, owner of the shop.
The famous chicken wing cupcakes were sent to Anderson Cooper and Hall of Fame running back Emmitt Smith to try during Cooper's show Monday, but they both chickened out.
