QUEENSBURY, N.Y. – On Saturday, the Warren County Sheriff's Office arrested a woman on charges of criminal possession of stolen property, seven counts of criminal mischief, one count of driving while intoxicated and one count of obstructing governmental administration.
At around 4:00 in the morning on Saturday, Queensbury resident Erica Birmhall, 25, stole a 1995 Dodge Ram pickup from a residence of an acquaintance on Massachusetts Avenue.
Birmhall, drunk at the time of the theft, then drove the truck away, striking several vehicles and a handicap ramp attached to a residence, in the process.
Birmhall was arraigned in the Queensbury Town Court and released.
