500 coats donated by Albany shelter for needy

ALBANY, N.Y. - Just in time for the cold winter weather, Homeless and Travelers Aid is donating 500 coats to the Capital City Rescue Mission on Wednesday.

The coats were donated in a recent coat drive to the Capital City Rescue Mission's give-away ministry, Blessingdale's. Best Cleaners has donated their services to make sure every coat is ready to wear.

Coats will be sorted and sized by shelter volunteers and given to the homeless and poor.
