WINDHAM, N.Y. – The Windham Mountain Ski Resort has decided to join in on the Facebook "Like" craze – offering free skiing for kids if a posted photo reaches 1,000,000 likes on the social media page.
The photo, located at the right side of this page, features a girl holding a sign that reads, "Windham Mountain says if we get 1,000,000 likes then kids ski free on March, 10, 2013."
Posted on Windham Mountain's Facebook page, the image already has 3,236 likes.
Comments on the image range from positive to negative.
One Facebook user says, "Keep up the good work, and never say CAN'T..."
"Let's get realistic. 1,000,000 likes is really pushing it," said another.
"When they get to the million I think all of the negative people that said they could not do it should apologize," said an optimistic commenter.
