Local airman receives full military honors

FORT PLAIN, N.Y. -- Full military honors Monday for the local airman who was killed last week in an industrial accident at MacDill Air Force Base in Florida.

Twenty-nine-year old Staff Sergeant Emily Clayburn of Palatine was remembered at a service at Our Lady of Hope Church in Fort Plain.

Clayburn was a member of the 6th Air Mobility Wing. The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
