Three men arrested for stealing docks from Brown's Beach

STILLWATER, N.Y. – A number of metal docks stolen from Brown's Beach were recovered by police on Wednesday.

Stillwater Police responded to the report of a possible burglary at Brown's Beach on Route 9-P in the Town of Stillwater, and immediately located the suspect's vehicle, which was fleeing the area.

The suspect's vehicle, a pick-up truck, contained several thousands of dollars' worth of stolen docks, according to police.

Three Ballston Spa residents were arrested for the theft: Gary Clark, 49 years old, Gary's son Donald Clark, 25 years old, and Robert Leslie, 56 years old.

The three defendants have since been transported to Saratoga County Jail.
