AMSTERDAM, N.Y. - Five people were arrested at the Amsterdam Wal-Mart after a fight broke out in the frozen food aisle and a ten-month-old baby was caught in harm's way.

On Wednesday, the Montgomery County Sheriff's Department received a call from store employees reporting that several people were involved in a large fight within the Wal-Mart.

Tammy Bottomley- 37, John Bottomley- 32, Brianna Riley- 18, Demontavius Collins- 21, and a 16-year-old female, were all arrested on charges of child endangerment, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

When surveillance video of the incident was visited, it became clear that a ten-month-old baby was in jeopardy of serious injury multiple times during the fight. At one point, the baby was even almost struck by a large bottle.
