ALBANY, N.Y. -- Eleven weeks after the election, votes are being counted once again in the 46th Senate District race.
Thursday, eight ballots were counted in Greene County, and Republican George Amedore says his lead slipped by two points.
Amedore says five of the Greene County votes went to Democrat Cecelia Tkaczyk and three were in his favor.
Following a judge's ruling, 91 ballots still remain to be opened and counted – and all but one of them come from Ulster County.
Those votes will be counted Friday morning.
