GLOVERSVILLE, N.Y. - A Fulton County man was arrested after state police say they found about 100 marijuana plants growing in his home.
State Police arrested 53-year-old George Buyce of Gloversville after an investigation led to a search of his residence. Police allegedly found approximately 100 marijuana plants in various
stages of growth, as well as lamps, ballasts and other equipment used to
grow marijuana indoors.
Police say there was also more than 20 pounds of processed marihuana and a large supply of fireworks were also located at the residence.
Investigators are in the process of drying the
marijuana in order to determine the
proper weight and level of crime to charge regarding the criminal
possession. Additional charges are pending.
